Process And Support
We follow a stringent process from design to delivery of each electrical panel. Our CPRI tested panels are customized to your requirements, are performance tested and extremely reliable. They are safe, easy to install and operate. In addition, we provide full service support to our customers that extends beyond Panel installation.
Panel design process
Custom design on AUTOCAD including GA sketch, SLD and Control drawings. Copy of approved drawings are sent to three departments: Fabrication, Purchase and Assembly.
Planning and purchase
Identifying and shortlisting required parts for Panels. Placing order of switch gears with authorized stockists and of other parts with company approved vendors.
Panel fabrication
Sheet cutting and bending is followed by welding of the outer body structure. Partitions and channels are fitted in, along with fixing of doors, making gland plates, smoothing joints and buffing.
Painting and Assembly
Various sections of the panel are put through chemical processes, powder coating, baking etc. and sent for assembly, where panel sections are joined, switch gears are fixed and wiring is completed.
Testing and inspection
A panel is put through rigorous tests (High-voltage test, Meggar test, Switchgear test, Primary and secondary current injection test, Paint thickness test etc.) to ensure quality, reliability and safety.
Dispatch and support
Panel is prepared for dispatch with all certificates and project drawings. Professional service support is provided that extends beyond panel installation.
