At Super Elmech Engineers, we are leaders in designing, manufacturing, and delivering cutting-edge electrical panels tailored to meet diverse industrial needs. Established in 1990, we bring over three decades of expertise to power a wide array of industries, including steel, automotive, chemicals, construction, and more.
Our Works
Process and Support
We follow a stringent process from design to delivery of each electrical panel. Our CRPI tested panels are customized to your requirements, are performance tested and extremely reliable.
They are safe, easy to install and operate. In addition, we provide full service support to our customers that extends beyond Panel installation.
Panel design process
Custom design on AUTOCAD including G.A.Sketch, SLD and Control drawings. Copy of approved drawings are sent to three departments -Fabrication, Purchase and Assembly.
Planning and purchase
Identifying and short-listing required parts for Panel(s). Placing order of switch gears with authorized stockist and of other parts with company approved vendors.
Panel fabrication
Sheet cutting and bending is followed by welding of the outer body structure. Partitions and channels are fitted in, along with fixing of doors, marking gland plates, smooth-ing joints and buffing.
Feeder Pillars
A feeder pillar provides local isolation to your electrical distribution equipment, protecting both the cabling .
Meter Boards
Meter Board is usually a switching station's control panel, on which the main switch and related equipment are mounted.
Lighting Distribution Panels
A distribution panel (also known as Panel-board, Breaker Panel or Electrical Panel) is a component of an electricity supply.
Motor Control Centers (MCC)
Motor Control Centers (MCC) are assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus.
